Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer projects for Enqura products, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes.
This position offers a fully remote working model.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects of Enqura products for banks, fintechs, and enterprise customers
- Conduct business analysis, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams (Product, Development, QA, Support)
- Track project milestones and report progress and risks to senior management
- Translate customer requirements into product roadmap improvements and identify enhancement opportunities
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established processes and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience (preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or software development)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is a strong advantage
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
