Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships, drive new business opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
This role will directly contribute to revenue growth, strategic account planning, and sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic customer accounts and develop long-term relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
- Lead sales strategies, customer proposals, and presentation processes
- Increase revenue and renewal rates within existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to offer the best solutions for customer needs
- Conduct executive-level presentations and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
- Monitor market trends and competition to shape account and sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in sales, customer management, or account management
- Experience in fintech, banking, or SaaS is preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is a strong advantage
