Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to support our sales operations and contribute to the efficiency of our growing Turkiye & Central Asia Growth Team. This hybrid role is based in Istanbul and involves close coordination with the Regional Growth Director. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in fintech sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) records are accurately maintained and regularly updated for the Turkiye & Central Asia Growth Team
- Research and identify new customer leads, collect relevant market and company data, and support initial outreach activities
- Schedule customer meetings and prepare necessary presentations, documents, and briefing materials
- Support the preparation of proposal documents (Word, PDF) and create structured pricing tables
- Coordinate customer meetings and calendars for the Regional Growth Director
- Assist in communication with existing customers and ensure meeting notes and updates are properly recorded in the CRM
- Follow up on operational and administrative needs of the Growth Team and take necessary actions
- Support sales reporting by ensuring accurate data entry and contributing to performance tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, or related field
- Experience in fintech or financial software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and data
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency is a strong advantage
