Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager experienced in financial technologies to build strong, long-term customer relationships and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will oversee existing and prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers
- Analyze customer needs and match them with Enqura products
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to growth targets
- Increase revenue and renewal rates within assigned customer accounts
- Lead customer meetings and manage proposal processes
- Collaborate closely with Product, Project, and Marketing teams
- Collect customer feedback and transfer it to the product development team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Preferably experienced in fintech or financial software solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Result-oriented, proactive, and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a strong advantage
