Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to support customer integrations and operational processes for EnQualify, Enqura’s digital identity verification product built on OCR, NFC, and facial verification technologies (liveness detection & face matching).

In this role, you will be actively involved in customer-facing integration projects, service and ticket management, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a central point between customers and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely project delivery.

This position offers a technical, fast-paced, and highly dynamic working environment and requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary project and communication point for customers during EnQualify integration processes
  • Manage ticket creation, tracking, prioritization, and reporting via Azure DevOps
  • Monitor service health and route incidents or issues to relevant technical teams
  • Collect, analyze, and structure customer requirements related to API, SDK, and mobile integrations
  • Guide customers in line with BDDK, MASAK, and applicable regulatory requirements, ensuring compliant project execution
  • Track regulatory-driven requirement changes and communicate them effectively to internal teams
  • Perform first-level technical analysis of integration-related issues (basic SQL knowledge is an advantage)
  • Coordinate UAT, testing phases, and go-live planning
  • Conduct basic error analysis through log reviews and request/response inspections
  • Ensure accurate communication of product configurations, version updates, and new feature releases to customers
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project and integration documentation
  • Monitor SLA performance, proactively escalating risks, delays, or blockers

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, technical customer management, or system integration roles
  • Familiarity with SDKs, mobile application workflows, and API-based architectures
  • Ability to read SQL queries or strong willingness to learn
  • Experience working in regulatory-driven environments or strong learning orientation in this area
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, regtech, KYC/KYB, or digital onboarding projects
  • Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with mobile application development lifecycles
  • Knowledge of BDDK and MASAK regulations
