Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with strong experience in financial technologies and a deep understanding of the UAE/MENA financial ecosystem. This role will focus on building long-term strategic relationships, expanding our presence in the region, and driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build a new corporate client base across the UAE/MENA region through targeted outreach and business development activities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate clients through ongoing engagement and support.
- Analyze customer needs and match them with Enqura’s product portfolio
- Identify regional sales opportunities and contribute to market expansion
- Increase revenue, upsell rates, and customer retention within assigned accounts
- Lead customer meetings, demos, and proposal processes
- Collaborate closely with Product, Project, and Marketing teams
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Experience in fintech, banking technologies, or financial software solutions
- Strong understanding of the UAE/MENA financial market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Result-oriented, proactive, and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus
